Return & Refund Policy
Customers satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to provide the best service and quality products for our clients. Our mission is to provide them with sexual education, helpful customer services and explore pleasure in a safe non-judgemental way.
Exchanging of products :
Please inform us via email or on our contact number provided.
If for any reason the product(s) is not fit for use the UNUSED product may be send back within 7 calendar days of arrival. Please send it back in the original packaging and with the original accessories all intact.
Note again: Please do not use the product(s)!
Testing on your hands or knees are allowed, but as soon as the product(s) gets in contact with any private body parts we will not exchange the product(s). Detecting any chemical, cream or liquid on the product, will render the return Nul and Void!
Once the product(s) are received back and all are intact and unused as per above, you may choose other product(s) to the same value, from our online store for an exchange or alternatively we will refund the product(s) amount back to your account should the product found to be malfunctioned.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we will not take the risk of restocking any items send back to us, we will safely dispose of the product(s) rest assured.
Defected products :
Our manufacturers do have on-site inspections (post production) and a final quality check before shipping the products. Once we receive it in South Africa, we again do a receiving quality check and in-depth inspections to ensure we provide high standard products. These inspections are necessary to verify whether the products meet the quality requirements as advertised, are in compliance with Local regulations and meet all relevant safety standards which ensure our consumers always get the best deal.
In the rare instance that a product is defected please inform us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) via email or on our contact number provided.
The products and accessories are to be properly maintained. Break damage, water damage, unauthorized repair, replacements and modifications or alterations are not covered under our company’s warranty.
Shipping Policy
Discreet delivery to anywhere in South Africa. Please see different delivery options at the checkout.
Our selected couriers deliver between 8am and 5pm on business days.
Overnight Shipping :
Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 midday for same day dispatch.
Please note that the overnight delivery options only apply to Cape Town and Johannesburg centres. You can still choose the overnight option if you wish to receive your parcel sooner, it will take an additional day or two to reach you.
Please note if you are in a high-risk area you will need to collect your parcel in a certain time frame at your nearest police station where our selected courier services will be waiting for you.
Packaging :
All our products are safely sealed and packaged in plain bags or boxes and then packaged inside our selected courier bags. No one will know or suspect the content of the parcel. We do understand that privacy is important to you, so we guarantee discreet delivery to you.
While we do our utmost best to package your product securely as well as very discreetly and our courier services does their best to ensure safe and fast delivery, accidents do happen. However, Sextacyfun will not be held liable for any shipping lost or damaged product(s). Should the packaging be damaged, but the product is fine, we sincerely do apologize for the inconvenience and misfortune, but unfortunately the courier only take responsibility if your parcel is insured. Should you wish to add insurance please let us know so that we can provide you with the prices.

Sextacyfun will not be held liable for any product(s) purchased illegally by people under the age of 18 or for any illegal use by any natural person in possession of our product(s).
